SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Regulation of parking. Allows Arlington, Fairfax, and Prince Williams Counties, by ordinance, to regulate or prohibit the parking of trailers, semitrailers, and vehicles that fit the definition of "commercial motor vehicle" in § 46.2-341.4. This bill incorporates HB 2574 (Brink).

Regulation of parking. Allows Fairfax and Prince Williams Counties, by ordinance, to regulate or prohibit the parking of trailers, semitrailers, and vehicles that fit the definition of "commercial motor vehicle" in § 46.2-341.4.
