Motor vehicle glass. Prohibits any person selling, installing or replacing motor vehicle glass from advertising, promising to provide, or offering any coupon, credit or rebate to pay all or part of an insurance deductible under a motor vehicle insurance policy unless the person charges no more than the prevailing market rate for such services.
