SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Unpaved road fund. Allows use of funds set aside in the unpaved road fund for paving unpaved secondary roads or carrying out other secondary system highway construction projects. These funds would be distributed among counties in the secondary system in the same manner as other secondary system construction funds.
