SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Vehicle registrations; voluntary contributions to Jamestown 400th anniversary commemoration. Requires that any form used in applying for the registration of a vehicle or renewal of any such registration include language permitting the applicant to make a voluntary contribution of two dollars to support a special license plate program and other activities in commemoration of the 400th anniversary of Jamestown Settlement in 2007. These provisions would expire on July 1, 2008.
