Damaging highway signs. Makes purposely damaging, knocking down, or destroying lawfully posted highway signs a Class 1 misdemeanor (jail up to 12 months and/or fine up to $2,500) instead of a Class 2 misdemeanor (jail up to 6 months and/or a fine up to $1,000). This bill is incorporated in HB 2110.
