SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Child protective services appeals. Provides that if persons who are accused of child abuse or neglect are represented by an attorney in the appeal process, they must notify the local department of social services in writing no less than 7 days prior to the informal conference or hearing. Failure to do so may result in a continuance.
