SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Restitution to crime victims. Removes the provision that exempted DUI convictions from the requirement for restitution for property damage or loss, medical expenses of the victim and community service. The bill also allows the court to include expenses directly related to funeral or burial as restitution.
