Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission. Repeals the portion of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission's "charter" that calls for transfer of the Bridge-Tunnel to the Commonwealth upon the retirement of all the Commission's bonded debt.
