SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Regional housing authorities; appointment of commissioners. Provides that where a regional housing authority consists of only two counties, the board of supervisors of each county included in such regional housing authority may appoint two persons as commissioners of such authority. This bill is identical to SB 1318.
