SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Damage stamp program. Allows property owners to collect funds from the Damage Stamp Program to compensate them for damage to their crops, fruit trees, commercially grown Christmas trees, nursery stock, livestock, or farm equipment caused by elk. Currently, funds are made available to property owners whose land has been damaged by either deer or bear.
