SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Motorcycles; helmets. Limits the application of the "motorcycle helmet law" to operators and passengers less than 21 years old, and provides that a citation for a violation of the provisions requiring the operator or passenger to wear a protective helmet may not be issued unless the officer has another reason to stop the vehicle or arrest the driver.
