SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Removal and disposition of unattended or immobile vehicles. Provides that if the owner of the unattended or immobile vehicle fails or refuses to pay the cost or removal and storage of his vehicle or if his identity or whereabouts is unknown and unascertainable after 180 days, the vehicle can be treated as abandoned.
