SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control (ABC); local licenses. Requires each locality to issue local ABC licenses in addition to state licenses, including the levy and collection of local taxes. Currently, each locality has the authority to issue local licenses, but are not required to do so.
