SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Review of Law-Enforcement Employee Records Act; penalty. Provides a right of access by law-enforcement employees to review and correct any personnel files maintained by their employer agency related to such employees. The bill provides for sanctions in the event there is a violation by a law-enforcement employer.
