Line of Duty Act; definitions. Extends coverage of the Line of Duty Act to employees of the Department of Emergency Management who are performing official duties related to a major disaster or emergency and employees of any county, city or town who perform emergency management or emergency services duties in cooperation with the Department of Emergency Management.This bill is identical to SB 822.
