SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Days of operation of clerks' offices. Provides that, for the purposes of closing circuit court clerks' offices, the authorization of the chief judge is sufficient in all cases. Currently, in some cases, the joint authorization by all judges in the circuit is required.
