SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Flashing of headlights on certain vehicles. Allows emergency vehicles in Chesapeake, Poquoson, and York County to use flashing headlights whenever their warning lights are activated. Under current law, they cannot use flashing headlights at night. This bill expires on July 1, 2005.
