SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Motor fuel tax stickers. Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to supply businesses engaged in the retail sale of motor fuels in Virginia stickers indicating the federal, state, and other taxes included in the price of a gallon of motor fuel. The bill also requires motor fuel retailers to display these stickers on their fuel pumps. Failure to display the stickers as required is punishable as a misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $25.
