SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Motor vehicle liability insurance. Provides that the minimum public liability financial responsibility requirements for operators of vans with a capacity of at least 7 but not more than 14 passengers, exclusive of the driver, when those passengers are related to one another by blood or marriage shall be $350,000 and the minimum cargo insurance required for such vehicles shall be $5,000.
