SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Income tax; voluntary contribution of tax refund to Virginia Federation of Humane Societies, and others. Creates three additional income tax checkoffs beginning January 1, 2004, and ending January 1, 2009, for individuals to contribute all or part of their income tax refunds to the Virginia Federation of Humane Societies, the Tuition Assistance Grant Fund, and the Spay and Neuter Fund. Incorporates HB's 2326 and 2355.
