SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Rules of the Supreme Court regarding IOLTA (Interest on Lawyer's Trust Account) and CRESPA (Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act) accounts. Requires the Court to prescribe rules allowing attorneys or law firms to designate charities to which the interest or dividends from IOLTA and CRESPA accounts shall be paid according to the same procedures and requirements established for the transmission of interest or dividends to the Legal Services Corporation of Virginia.
