State Networking Users Advisory Board. Abolishes the State Networking Users Advisory Board. The Board was created in the 1980s to enable integration of the library networking system between the Library of Virginia and other libraries across the state. The Board is no longer necessary because it has accomplished its objective. This bill is a recommendation of the Joint Subcommittee Studying the Operations, Practices, Duties, and Funding of the Commonwealth's Agencies, Boards, Commissions, Councils, and Other Governmental Entities pursuant to HJR 159 (2002).
