SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Definition of antique and curio firearms. Redefines definition of antique firearm to follow the definition in federal law. The bill adds a definition of curio (and relic) firearms taken from the Code of Federal Regulations and includes them as antique firearms. Under current law a person does not have to have a criminal background check to purchase an antique firearm and antique firearms are not subject to the one handgun per month restrictions.
