Sale or transfer of motor vehicle dealerships. Restricts, in the event of a proposed sale or transfer of a motor vehicle dealership, the conditions under which manufacturers and distributors have a right of first refusal by treating sale or transfer of a dealership to a limited liability company, corporation, or other entity controlled by a member or members of the family of one or more of the dealership's dealer owners.
