SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Waivers of tuition and fees for certain students. Expands the existing waiver of tuition and fees for surviving children and spouses of law-enforcement, firefighter, and other emergency personnel killed in the line of duty to include children and spouses of such persons "totally and permanently disabled" due to such service.
