SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Health Care Trust Fund. Establishes the Virginia Health Care Trust Fund into which 10 percent of the amount received by the Commonwealth pursuant to the Master Tobacco Settlement Agreement shall be deposited annually. The fund shall be used for health care purposes as specified in the general appropriations act. Continued to 2003.
