SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Restoration of privilege of operating motor vehicle to persons convicted under Habitual Offender Act. Provides that a non-resident of Virginia may petition any circuit court for restoration of his driving privilege. The current option for the filing of the petition is the court where he was declared an habitual offender.
