SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Prohibition on possession of handguns in certain county-owned buildings; penalty. Provides that any county with urban county executive form of government may, by ordinance, make it unlawful for any person to possess a handgun in any county-owned building, violation of the ordinance to be punished as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
