Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 46.2-749.30 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 46.2-749.30. Special license plates; supporters of the Boy Scouts of America or Girl Scouts of America.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to supporters of the Boy Scouts of America or Girl Scouts of America.
