Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 598 of the 1985 Acts of Assembly, as amended, is amended by adding a section numbered 23.1 as follows:

§ 23.1. Access to records of the Authority.

All records of the Authority shall be open to inspection and copying in accordance with the federal Freedom of Information Act (5 U. S. C. § 552 et seq.).
