Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 27-39.1 as follows:

§ 27-39.1. Disability benefit supplements.

In addition to the disability allowances payable under this chapter, disability allowance supplements shall be paid in an amount not less and no less often than the post-retirement supplements provided pursuant to § 51.1-166.
