Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 5 of Title 7.1 a section numbered 7.1-40.14 as follows:

§ 7.1-40.14. Official historic skipjack oyster fleet.

The "Virginia W," built in 1904 in Guilford, Virginia; the "Claud W. Sommers," built in 1911 in Young's Creek, Virginia; and the "Wilma Lee," built in Wingate, Maryland, which are irreplaceable parts of the history of the Chesapeake Bay and Virginia's oyster fleet, are hereby designated the official historic skipjack oyster fleet of the Commonwealth.
