CHAPTER 371 An Act to amend and reenact § 38.2-406 of the Code of Virginia, relating to assessments for administration of insurance laws; reports. [S 853] Approved March 16, 2003

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 38.2-406 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 38.2-406. Report of gross premium income and other information.

Each company subject to assessment under this chapter shall report to the Commission by, on or before March 1 of each year. The, report shall be on forms furnished by under oath to the Commission and shall include, upon forms to be furnished or approved by, and in such detail as may be prescribed by, the company's Commission, the direct gross premium income, assessments, dues and fees for derived from its business in this Commonwealth during the preceding calendar year, and any other information the Commission requires ending December 31.
