CHAPTER 336 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 46.2-216.4, relating to partnership between the Department of Motor Vehicles and The Library of Virginia to promote use of public library Internet access terminals to complete on-line transactions with the Department. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-216.4 as follows:

§ 46.2-216.4. Partnership of Department and The Library of Virginia to promote use of public library Internet access terminals to complete on-line transactions with the Department.

The Department shall enter into a partnership with The Library of Virginia to promote the use of public library Internet access terminals to complete on-line transactions with the Department.
