CHAPTER 158 An Act to repeal Chapter 61 (§§ 15.2-6100 through 15.2-6110) of Title 15.2 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the abolishment of the Southside Virginia Development Authority. [S 765] Approved March 16, 2003

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 61 (§§ 15.2-6100 through 15.2-6110) of Title 15.2 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.

2. That the title to any funds and other property owned by the Authority at the time of its abolishment shall vest in the counties and cities that have contributed to the fund in proportion to their respective contributions.
