CHAPTER 145 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 29.1-309.2, relating to establishing a lifetime trapping license for senior citizens. [H 2419] Approved March 16, 2003

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-309.2 as follows:

§ 29.1-309.2. Special lifetime trapping license for senior citizens.

Any resident who is 65 years of age or older may apply for and receive from the Department, for a fee of $10, a special lifetime trapping license. Such a person shall provide proof of his age acceptable to the Director.
