Regulation of truck traffic on secondary highways. Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Board or its designee to act on formal requests from local governing bodies to restrict truck traffic on secondary highways within nine months of receipt of such requests. This bill incorporates HB 1662 and HB 2709.
