SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Senate; coverage of Senate sessions. Expresses the sense of the Senate that coverage of the sessions of the Senate should be made available for transmission to the citizens of the Commonwealth. The Senate Rules Committee shall promulgate rules regarding access to and use of such transmissions.
