SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Model court order. Requests the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court to examine the feasibility of designing and implementing a model court order that addresses mental health services. This study is the recommendation of the Committee Studying Treatment Options for Offenders with Mental Illness or Substance Abuse Disorders (SJR 440, 2001). This resolution has been incorporated into SJR 97 (Martin).
