SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Tree canopy bank. Provides that any locality with a population density of at least 75 persons per square mile may by ordinance provide for an off-site tree canopy bank to meet a portion of a development's tree canopy requirements in instances where its local ordinance allows for reasonable exceptions to or deviations from standard tree canopy requirements during the development process. This bill is identical to HB 185.
