SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Dog recreation facilities. Prohibits localities from establishing dog recreation facilities within 1,500 feet of public elementary schools. "Dog recreation facility" means any park, recreation facility or other property acquired for public use and established for the primary purpose of allowing dog owners or custodians to run dogs unrestricted or off-leash within the confines of such facility.
