SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Retirement System; normal retirement for local police officers. Provides that local police officers who are members of the Virginia Retirement System with 25 or more years of creditable service in VRS may retire with no actuarial reduction in their retirement benefits and shall receive the annual supplement currently being provided to state police officers.
