SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Issuance and violation of stalking protective orders; penalty. The bill provides that, except when necessary for conduct of the criminal proceeding, the address, telephone number and place of employment of an allegedly stalked person may not be disclosed. The bill also requires that protective order information be entered into the Virginia Criminal Information Network (VCIN) upon receipt.
