SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Regulation of commercial kennels. Requires localities adopting and enforcing zoning ordinances to provide that prior to approval of construction or expansion of any commercial kennel, a majority of property owners residing within a 1,500-foot radius of the kennel shall be required to approve of such use.
