School crisis and emergency management plans. Adds incidents involving acts of terrorism to the specific events that must be addressed in the school crisis and emergency management plans. These plans include the procedures, operations, and assignments to prevent, manage, and respond to any critical event or emergency. This measure is nearly identical to HB 46.
