SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Certain contractual matters regarding division superintendents. Amends the law relating to appointments and terms of division superintendents to provide that no school board can renegotiate a superintendent's contract during the period following the election or appointment of new members and ending on the date such new members are qualified and assume office. This measure is identical to HB 434.
