Motor carriers. Provides that DMV will not hear protests by aggrieved parties in cases where an applicant for licensure as a common carrier has received notice of intent to award a contract under the Virginia Public Procurement Act for irregular route services to or from Norfolk Airport. This bill is the same as HB 1183.
