SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; Relay for Life. Authorizes the issuance of special license plates to supporters of the Relay for Life. These plates would be subject to standard fees and prepaid application requirements contained in § 46.2-725. This bill was incorporated in HB 89.
