SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Career and technical education; annual plans. Modifies the existing requirement within the Standards of Quality for local school boards to develop plans for career and technical education to provide for the input of area business and industry representatives and local community colleges in the plan's development. In addition, the plan must be submitted to the Superintendent of Public Instruction in accordance with timelines set by federal law.
