SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Local outdoor lighting standards and regulations. Grants all localities authority to establish, by ordinance, maximum outdoor lighting standards and regulations for the purpose of controlling exterior illumination levels, incidence of glare, light trespass or urban sky-glow. Such standards and regulations shall not affect or be applied to agricultural or silvicultural operations. The provisions of this act will expire on July 1, 2005.
